Terraquio is an online platform where real estate agencies, companies and individuals list properties, machinery, tools, services and insurance, and where interested people search for them and send inquiries. Terraquio provides the tools to publish and manage listings; it is not a party to any transaction between the person listing and the person inquiring.
You need an account to publish. You must provide true information, keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for what is done from your account, including team members you give access to.
If you request a personal visit, you authorize the Terraquio agent to create your account and upload your listing on your behalf; you remain responsible for the published content and can edit or remove it at any time.
You are responsible for your listings being truthful and up to date and for having the right to publish them and to use the photos, text and other material you upload. You grant us permission to display them on Terraquio and in the service’s distribution channels (search engines, social networks, showcases) while the listing is active.
It is forbidden to publish false, misleading, illegal or offensive content, listings for goods you cannot offer, third parties’ personal data without permission, or to use the service to send spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
There is a free plan, paid monthly plans, and add-on modules (such as the machinery and services listing manager, or the API). Current prices and limits are shown on the site and may change; changes are announced with reasonable notice and do not affect the period already paid.
Payments are made through the enabled methods (for example, bank transfer or QR payment). The plan or module is activated when the payment is received and ends when the paid period ends, unless you renew. Applicable taxes are borne by the customer where relevant.
When an interested person sends an inquiry about a listing, their contact details are delivered to the person who listed it so they can reply. Each party is responsible for their agreements; Terraquio does not guarantee that a transaction will happen nor verify the parties beyond what the site indicates.
If you contract the API module, keys are personal and non-transferable, and you must respect your package’s usage limits. You may not use the service to overload it, bulk-extract data without authorization or bypass its security controls.
We do what is reasonable to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Terraquio is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from transactions between users, content published by third parties or interruptions beyond its control.
You can stop using the service and request the deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law, giving notice where possible.
We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page, with its date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the rights that your country’s law grants to consumers.
For questions about these terms, write to us through the site’s help form or by replying to any of our emails. Address: Catamarca 3477, San Isidro, Buenos Aires province, Argentina (ZIP 1640).
